- Rule 1 - No "griefing"
- Do not kill another survivor’s creatures, unless they are a threat to you. Additionally, do not harass other survivors or continuously kill them for sport. It’s okay to act territorial, but do not go out of your way to continuously kill other players.
- Also, absolutely no killing of fresh spawns, unless provoked to do so.

- Rule 2 - No excessive raiding
- If you have raided someone, please allow 48 hours before attempting to raid them again.
- Also, if you have seen that someone else has been raided, you can scavenge for remaining supplies. However upon doing so, do not kill or destroy anymore of that tribe’s creatures/structures. Unless you have to, or you have reason to believe that the tribe that originally raided, might have missed something.
- Rule 3 - No raiding more than 1 structure tier below you
- (If you have a metal base, do not raid a wooden base) Your tier is defined as the highest level structure that is a part of your base.
- The only exception to this rule is if another tribe attacked/raided you, and they reside in a base that is more than 1 structure tier below you.
- Additionally, there are structures that have been constructed by the admins, that are specifically built to be raided by survivors. They will have loot that corresponds to the difficulty of the base's raid level, and levels can be anywhere from 1-5. (A level 1 will be the easiest to raid, and will have the simplest of loot. Whereas a 5 will be the hardest to raid, and will have the best loot.)
- Rule 4 - No building in caves, obelisks, or the oasis/Pearl Lake
- The oasis is our community event area, where all events are held, except for water type events.
- We understand that beds/sleeping bags and campfires are necessary. Just be sure to demolish them when you are done with them.
- Rule 5 - You are limited to 5 locations you and your tribe can have structures at
- What is meant by this is don't build bases all over the map. The more structures that are on the map, the more of a performance hit the server will take. Also, do you really need more than 5 bases?
- Additionally, when you have finished your use with a structure that you own, it is mandatory for you to demolish it. Please don't leave old structures behind for us admins to demolish. Plus, you're going to need the resources you get from demolishing, at some point anyways.
- Rule 6 - No destruction of community buildings
- Community buildings will be marked with flags sporting the ARK logo. (It is okay to raid the admins, we do not consider ourselves above any other player in the game. Just be sure to know the difference between our structures, that display our tribe colors of black, royal purple, and cyan. As well as the community structures that we have built, which sport the ARK logo flag.)

- Rule 7 - No placing of random foundations and huts (as to block other people from resources or from building there)
- The only exception to this rule is building in underwater caves. While there are resources down there, they also make great storage areas for tribes, as well as hidden bases.

- Rule 8 - You are held accountable for your turrets
- If you decide to place down turrets in or near your base, you are fully responsible for what those turrets do. This is why we recommend marking a perimeter around your base with either a wall or flags, as to warn other survivors they are approaching your territory/base.
- If you have warning flags or a wall, your turrets should not shoot past them, you must give other survivors a chance to realize they are approaching or near your base, so that they can take the necessary actions to avoid being shot.
- Rule 9 - Do not spam or create a toxic environment in global chat
- If you have an issue or complaint about something, feel free to message any admins or moderators that are currently online, and we will handle it. (If none of the staff is on, feel free to use our Contact Page)
- Additionally, do not flood chat with questions pertaining to the game, that is what Google is for. It is okay to ask a few questions about a topic, but do not make it a regular/annoying occurrence.
